Address Search Instructions:

Account Name:

Generally, the best way to search for an address is to ONLY enter the street name (or part of the street name) and the zip code. 10 (for 10th street) and 97420 (Coos Bay). Entering the exact address (house #, direction, street name and zip code) may not be the exact way that the address is in the computer and consequently the search will return with the message “0 records found”. Remember: The less information entered into the search the greater the amount of records returned.

House #’s:
		House numbers are expressed in whole numbers.
#SFX:
		Suffix’s could be entered as a fractional number such as ½ or as a compass direction such as N, S, E, W, NW, NE, etc.
Dir:
		Direction should be entered as N, S, E, W, NW, SE, etc.
Street Name:
		Street names should be entered as numeric or alphabetical. 10th, 14th, Michigan, Alder, etc..
Str-sfx:
		Street suffix should be entered as N, NE, SW, etc.
Zip:
		The zip code used is the first five digits such as 97423 (Coquille)
